How many employees do I need to get Perkbox?
Perkbox is available for businesses with five or more employees. There’s no maximum – the sky/server capacity’s the limit!

How many perks can I have?
You can redeem as many of our perks as you like. Some of them are one-time redemptions only, but don't worry – we'll let you know if you run into one.
How can I update my contact details?
Moved house, got a new phone, or just on the run from the law? No problemo – you can change all your contact details from My Account. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
My team is on Perkbox. How do I sign up?
There are a few different ways to set up your Perkbox account. Ask your manager how your team has chosen to get on board.
For admin users
Where can I find my invoice?
We'll email you your invoice a few days before your account is charged. If you'd like another copy, or want to change where we're sending it, just get in touch and let us know.
How do I know if I've reached my license limit?
You can track your users from the Admin area, but don't worry – if you try and sign up more users than you have licenses, we'll be in touch to talk about adding more or getting selective with your love.
How do I customise Perkbox for my team?
Fancy changing the colour scheme? Want to upload your own company logo? No problem – just head to the Admin area and fiddle around with your team settings.
How do I add/remove users?
Got a new starter? You can add them to your team Perkbox account from the Manage Users section of the Admin area. Give it a spin!
