Perkbox wins “Employee Benefits Provider of the Year 2018” at The Rewards!

We’ve always made a big deal when it comes to recognising hard work. Giving people the credit they deserve is what we do.

This week, it was our turn for a change. We’re chuffed to bits to announce that Perkbox was the winner of The Reward’s “Employee Benefits Provider of the Year 2018”, held on 7th November in London.

The Rewards event itself, run by Rewards Strategy, is a showcase of the brightest and best talent in payroll, HR, reward, pensions and employee benefits. With 19 categories, the ceremony reflects a more diverse range of professions than ever before.

We’re thrilled to have won such prestigious award that speaks so directly to our mission. Now it seems official- Perkbox is leading the way in employee benefits, moving the category to unchartered territory.

“A cause worth fighting for”

Getting here has been hard work, everyone in the Perkbox team has gone above and beyond industry standards, breaking down barriers, challenging norms, all the while having fun.

Why have we succeeded? Well there’s many reasons but one that stands out is: we love what we do.

Helping employees live better isn’t just a mission, it’s a mantra. We live and breathe our message and genuinely care about improving employees’ experience of the working world. It’s a cause worth fighting for.

Where do we go from here?

Perkbox has never been a static company, excitement resides in the unknown. We want to continue our mission and reach even more customers.

With plans to help 10 million employees by 2020 and 100 million by 2025, Perkbox is going global. The platform has now expanded into Europe, offering its employee benefit programme in France.

A final word…

Despite accolades such as these, Perkbox is just warming up. We’re preparing for some monumental steps forward, so watch this space!
