Next Stage are a care provider who have been supporting vulnerable people since 2002, our drive and ambition is to be the best provider we can be, which is a reflection of how well we can assist those who need care and support to improve their own independence and quality of lives.

How has Perkbox helped your team?

We've saved £29630.69 as a company during the first 3 months. What’s amazing is that our employees have used perks in the workplace which saves the business money as well as themselves. Perkbox is full of fun filled perks and has so much variety. There is something for everyone so it’s rare that an employee benefit can have such a positive effect on all staff.

What has been the favourite Perk so far amongst your team?

The most popular perk has been mobile phone insurance so we’re a sensible bunch here at Next Stage! Our favourite perk has to be Tastecard, we tend to eat out a lot when supporting clients so not only has this saved us money but it’s also provided us with new venues to try.

How has Perkbox helped your staff morale and retention?

Our industry has a notorious high staff turnover so offering benefits such as Perkbox helps us become an employer of choice within the industry which reduces turnover.
