About this webinar

It’s never been more important for businesses to create a reward and recognition strategy that’s truly global. As workforces embrace borderless working and become more dispersed, getting all your employees aligned has become a challenge — but something that’s necessary for growth.

But what does this actually mean in practice? We spoke to global business Gympass and discussed everything from planning and executing a strategy, to overcoming obstacles and maintaining momentum.

This webinar is packed with practical tips and real-world experiences, to help you create a global reward strategy.
