You have to maintain a great culture, but adapt to make it relevant for all the new people who join on your adventure.
We got there because of the hard work and commitment of each and every one of our team, and of course the support of our amazing customers.

At Perkbox we want to continue our mission, and reach even more customers. With plans to help 10 million employees by 2020 and 100 million by 2025, we’ve just doubled our tech team and hired our first CTO, Paul Schultz.
There has also been other additions to the senior leadership team with Tom O’Connor and Robert Blackler joining as Enterprise Customer Success Director and VP of Sales respectively.
We have some exciting products and global expansion plans on the cards for later this year, so watch this space!
