For over three years, Tara has been the Head of People at Monzo Bank. Her mission there is to create enriching working environments, where people can do the best work of their lives and leave Monzo better than they arrived. This approach has clearly worked - Monzo has been voted the No.1 tech startup to work for in the UK. Tara is a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor, Discovery Insights practitioner and freelance coach. She is an advocate for bettering the lives of people through work, speaking and writing regularly around the topic of mental health, engagement and leadership in the workplace.
Maddie Pozlevic | Employee Experience Leader at Perkbox
Maddie is a true employee experience pioneer. One of the first people to join the Perkbox team, she’s been championing great culture since day one. As the Employee Experience Leader, Maddie has relaunched Perkbox’s global recognition programme and created our Culture Book. Maddie’s mission is to make culture a priority for businesses everywhere.
