2. Existing Perkbox customers who are CHRN members may add Wellbeing Services (Employee Assistance Programme and/or Online GP) to their existing package at any time at standard pricing.
3. New CHRN members joining Perkbox are eligible for 50% off the list price of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) add-on and Online GP add-on.
4. The EAP and Online GP add-ons cannot be purchased as standalone products and must be added to an active Perkbox package.
5. The 50% discount applies to the add-on list price only and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
