1. Our Commitment
Perkbox is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach and are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all our operations, ensuring that effective systems and controls are in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery.

2. Our Structure, Operations and Supply Chains
Perkbox is a global employee benefits and rewards platform headquartered in London, UK. We operate across multiple regions and provide services including digital employee engagement tools, wellbeing resources, and recognition platforms.
Our supply chain includes:
•    Technology and software vendors
•    Professional services providers
•    Office and facilities management
•    Recruitment and labour hire agencies

3. Risk Assessment
We recognise that certain areas of our supply chain may pose a higher risk of modern slavery, particularly:
•    Offshore service providers in regions with weaker labour protections
•    Labour hire arrangements in cleaning, catering, or logistics
•    Suppliers of promotional merchandise and electronics
We assess risk based on geography, industry, and the nature of the goods or services provided.

4. Actions to Assess and Address Risks
Policies and Controls
We have implemented the following policies and controls to mitigate modern slavery risks:
•    Responsible Procurement Policy and Charter: Requires suppliers to uphold human rights and fair labour standards.
•    Whistleblowing Policy: Enables safe reporting of unethical or unlawful conduct.
•    Recruitment Policy: Includes eligibility-to-work checks and prohibits recruitment fees.
•    Employee Handbook: Sets out expected behaviours and ethical standards.

Due Diligence and Supplier Engagement
We conduct due diligence on suppliers, including:
•    Risk-based screening during onboarding
•    Requiring suppliers to agree to our Responsible Procurement Charter
•    Including anti-slavery clauses in contracts
•    Conducting audits or requesting evidence of compliance where appropriate

Training and Awareness
Relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement and supplier management, receive training on identifying and reporting modern slavery risks.

5. Measuring Effectiveness
We assess the effectiveness of our actions through:
•    Annual reviews of supplier risk profiles
•    Monitoring whistleblower reports and grievances
•    Tracking completion of training and policy acknowledgements
•    Reviewing audit outcomes and supplier responses

6. Remediation
If modern slavery is identified, we will:
•    Take immediate steps to protect affected individuals
•    Work with suppliers to remediate the issue where appropriate
•    Terminate relationships where remediation is not possible or cooperation is lacking
