Perkbox partners with ThanksBen to maximise reward flexibility and choice
London, 27th October 2022: Perkbox, the global benefits and reward platform, has announced a partnership with the all-in-one global benefits platform Ben, giving businesses greater flexibility and choice when creating best-in-class rewards and benefits for their employees. The partnership will give Ben’s customers access to over 10,000 rewards and benefits across 188 countries, expanding their already impressive benefits offering.
For Ben’s customers, this partnership will unlock preferred access to Perkbox’s features such as its recently launched Global Reward, a location-agnostic, fully borderless, points-based reward system that allows managers to allocate rewards as points instantly to employees anywhere. Ben’s customers will also be able to access Perkbox’s Wellness hub offering to help support teams’ mental and physical health – an especially important asset as employees increasingly look for greater support from their employers.
As part of the partnership, Perkbox customers will also have preferential access to Ben’s global selection of insurance benefits, including health, life, dental and income protection insurance benefits at preferred rates through its trusted broker network.
