How do I buy Reward points?
Buying Reward points is simple. Admins can buy and top-up points with a debit or credit card or via a bank transfer. They can then assign budget to managers or employees directly in just a few clicks.
Are employee rewards taxable?
Depending on where you are, employees' rewards and gifts are taxable. We make it easy for finance teams by providing detailed reporting on points purchase, allocation and spend.
Do my employees need to spend their Reward points as soon as they get them?
Your employees can do whatever they want with their Reward points! They can spend them right away or save them up for a bigger reward.
When do Reward points expire?
The Reward points are valid for 12 months from the point of allocation – so your team will have a whole year to spend them on what they find valuable!
