London, UK 22nd August, 2018 - Rituals Cosmetics, the luxury bath, body, and home brand has partnered with Perkbox, UK’s fastest growing employee benefits platform, to launch an exciting new incentives, rewards and engagement programme for their team.
As part of its continuing commitment to enhance the company's work culture and recognise the hard work of its 160 employees in the UK and Ireland, Rituals will now be providing them with access to over a hundred perks and benefits through the Perkbox platform.
With plans to open new stores in Bicester Village (one new store), London (two) and Dublin (three) in September and October 2018, Rituals is confident that employees must stay at the forefront of these expansion plans with Perkbox being one of their key initiatives to bring this proposition to life.
The Perkbox package includes perks and benefits which range from free mobile phone insurance to discounted gym membership, cinema tickets, EAP, food & drink discounts and many more. The aim is to provide a solution that focuses on the financial, emotional and physical wellbeing of its employees.
New perks and benefits are added on the platform on a regular basis. All users have their own dedicated account, accessible via Perkbox’s online platform or smartphone app.
