About this webinar
People leaders around the world have realised that they need to revisit their stance on flexible working and examine what it truly means for their employees in our new working world.
Create the right policy, and you will improve productivity, attract the right talent and retain your employees. The issue? All businesses are unique, so there is no one winning formula.
That’s why we spoke to expert Molly Johnson-Jones, the Co-Founder at Flexa, the world's first truly flexible working job board. And, heard from Perkbox’s own Chief People Officer, Mona Akiki on how she’s addressed flexible working at Perkbox.
They discussed:
- In 2021, what does it mean to be a flexible workplace?
- What are the benefits to employees when working in a flexible environment?
- How can you leverage flexible working to support your D&I goals?
- What advice would you give to other businesses looking to create a flexible workplace?
- How would you measure the success of your flexible working policies?
