A year of unified benefits and wellbeing

We can’t believe it’s already been a year since Perkbox launched our unified platform on 1st October 2025, and what a year it’s been.

With our goal to offer innovative and accessible solutions, we integrated market-leading benefits, straightforward admin and an upgraded experience to thousands of organisations and millions of employees in the UK and beyond. 

It’s a milestone worth marking. In the past 12 months, we’ve:

• Launched 1,034 client organisations onto the platform
• Given 562,326 employees access to benefits and support
• Helped employees save £4.8m
• Celebrated an average 91% activation rate

Through the unified platform, Perkbox has brought together benefits and perks that support and engage employees.

Financial wellbeing and cost of living support: Through thousands of Perks and discounts and a range of salary sacrifice solutions, employees launched onto the platform saved £4.8m in the last 12 months. 

Reward and recognition: Employers have made 178,476 employees feel valued with recognitions through Celebrations and over 116,000 rewarded with 705,000 Reward points.

Wellbeing: Over 106,000 employees accessed a range of resources through our Wellbeing hub covering mindfulness, workouts, coaching, recipes and more. With access to Online GP services and an Employee Assistance Programme, support is there for when it matters most.

Benefits administration and reporting is simple. The single app is easy to communicate, easy to manage, and straightforward for employees to use.

For benefits managers, automations and easy set up means they save time and employees feel the benefit from the get-go, driving better engagement and adoption.

Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust switched from Vivup to the unified Perkbox platform, seeing a jump in employee engagement across their 8,200 strong workforce and benefiting from less admin to manage.

• 44% activation in the first month – up from 35% previously
