Perkbox enters agreement to acquire loveelectric adding innovative EV salary sacrifice and charging solutions to its unified platform
London, 11 December 2025 - Perkbox today announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire loveelectric, the B Corp certified electric vehicle salary sacrifice provider. The combination will bring a more deeply integrated technology led EV benefit to thousands of organisations and millions of their people across the UK. It is an important next step following the launch of Perkbox’s unified employee experience platform in early September and supports its continued evolution.
The pending transaction aligns with and supports the UK government’s promotion of electric vehicle adoption. The recent Budget confirmed continued support for EV salary sacrifice and set out £1.5 billion of further investment in the sector. Salary sacrifice for EVs remains uncapped, which gives employers confidence to offer the benefit widely and in a way that supports financial wellbeing and sustainability goals. This creates an opportunity for HR leaders who want to introduce future ready benefits at a moment when interest in EVs is accelerating.
