Perkbox unlocks next level of borderless recognition with Microsoft Teams app
24th August, London, 2022: Perkbox has partnered with Microsoft to launch a Perkbox app for Microsoft teams. This marks the latest step in Perkbox's commitment to helping businesses embed day-to-day recognition across globally dispersed workforces.
The app is available for download from the Microsoft AppSource. It brings Perkbox’s capabilities into existing Chats and Teams, making it easier to celebrate achievements and recognise colleagues for a job well done:
- Employees gain from greater accessibility to their company recognition programme and better visibility of company-wide initiatives, through technology they are already familiar with
- Managers benefit from a simplified reward and recognition process which will help boost morale and productivity
- HR teams can see greater engagement and returns from their recognition programme, by bringing it to the tech that's already widely used by their employees
The announcement comes at a time when borderless working is on the rise. In fact, 62% of businesses plan to increase their number of remote workers around the world in the next year, according to Perkbox’s latest research.
