Mona Akiki | Interim VP of People at Perkbox

Maddie is a true employee experience pioneer. One of the first people to join the Perkbox team, she’s been championing great culture since day one. As the Employee Experience Leader, Maddie has relaunched Perkbox’s global recognition programme and created our Culture Book.
