After joining forces in 2024, Perkbox and Vivup are officially united under a single mission, platform, and name – as a brand new Perkbox. That partnership has created the UK’s first fully unified employee experience platform, built from the best of both businesses – and we’re proud to be launching it today.
The new and evolved Perkbox platform brings together five key unified areas: benefits, wellbeing, celebration, perks, and admin – all in one place for both HR teams and their employees.

With Vivup’s decades of public sector know-how and Perkbox’s tech-driven innovation for the private sector, we’ve been able to create something stronger than either could deliver alone.

TERC (The Employee Resilience Company) brings its expertise in therapeutic counselling services, helping workforces live healthier, happier, more productive lives.
So maybe it’s not the best of both worlds after all? It’s really the best of four.

Raising the game
Over the past year, our merged team has combined the strengths of both sides, adding enhancements across these key areas:
Payroll benefits: Building on Vivup’s public sector expertise, the platform now offers 11 salary sacrifice benefits – all in a single app.
This includes a seamless experience of Vivup’s signature Home and Electronics and Cycle to Work schemes, where employees can order directly through the app and get items delivered straight to their door. That means no vouchers – and no hopping between platforms.
The experience has also been upgraded with smarter automation and personalisation, so benefit options line up with the criteria set by each employer.
Wellbeing: Health and wellbeing benefits – including an Employee Assistance Programme and Online GP – are now combined under one roof.
An upgraded wellbeing library comes with targeted playlists that shine a light on critical wellbeing areas, available to every client at no cost. It’s all part of our belief that every employee should have the support they need to thrive, at work and at home.
Engagement: Perkbox’s flagship app experience – recently recognised by G2 for Highest ROI in Enterprise and Fastest Implementation – now takes Perks (discounts and offers) and Celebration (recognition and reward) to the next level with powerful new enhancements.
These include a cashback scheme (with easy payment methods like Apple and Google Pay) and an advanced budget management tool designed to support organisations with complex structures and multiple cost centres.
