Magpie achieves this by using machine-learning algorithms to match the relevant content to each individual user. Using an intuitive chat function, Perkbox users get personalised learning recommendations in minutes, simply by answering a few questions.
Magpie contains over 500+ bitesize content pieces that cover 40 base competencies from expertly curated, high quality public domain sources such as Harvard Business Review, TED and Forbes. Companies can also add their own assets to the platform (including those created in-house) to make all relevant learning easily accessible.
Integrated via chatbots, magpie slots seamlessly into existing learning platforms and communication channels like Slack, email inboxes, CRM systems or Facebook Workplace, further simplifying its integration into existing company channels.
