Introducing the Engagement summary report

Engagement summary report is the second report released as part of the reporting improvement roadmap. Check out the full roadmap.

This report provides usage summary across the platform overall, as well as within individual hubs. It can be filtered by time period, country and team.

Why we developed the Engagement summary report

We know how important it is to stay on top of usage trends, while also being able to incorporate the platform data into your reports, This ensures you can share the right data with the right stakeholders at your company.

We’ve conducted extensive user research with multiple Perkbox customers, getting an insight into key areas and filters that people found valuable.
With this report, our goal was to provide enough top-level data granularity, without going into too much detail, so we could make the report easy to digest and interpret.

It was also important that you were able to download the data output straight from the platform, without having to wait for us to send it manually.

Some other reports in our roadmap will include more in-depth information about separate hubs — so keep an eye out for updates!
