Challenges
Primarily, Arc Europe wanted to build support around the wellbeing of their staff. Working in debt advisory services can sometimes be emotionally taxing, so safeguarding their employees was high on Arc’s list of priorities.
Alongside this, Arc Europe wanted to track employee engagement on a more regular basis. Prior to joining Perkbox, the organisation only carried out yearly surveys which yielded results that were too broad and did little to bring about actual change.
Management were also committed to providing staff with a range of extras to enhance salaries and reward staff for their hard work, as well as making Arc a more attractive to prospective employees. The company had previously used Staff Treats, however this turned out to be too expensive and had a limited selection of benefits on offer.
Solution

Results
So far Perkbox has been a roaring success for Arc Europe. “We are all very pleased with the impact it has across the business. Staff love the Perks.” Explains David Sheridan. “The free coffee from Caffé Nero every week is extremely popular.”
