How has Perkbox helped your staff morale and retention?

We were keen to enhance our benefits package to enable us to compete with larger employers when attracting and retaining great people. We have a strong benefits package but Perkbox gives us something extra. Perkbox appealed to us because of the flexibility it offers - the huge variety of benefits available allows employees to pick and choose a combination to suit them. The buzz in the office on the day we launched Perkbox was testament to the value that employees place on these non-monetary benefits. Perkbox has allowed us to add true value to our benefits package and motivate our employees at a very competitive cost.

What has been your favorite Perk so far, and why?

The Tastecard has proved popular and has been a real talking point in the office. 100% of our employees have signed up to this perk!
